This week, we really want to share all of our tips and tools that bring light into our lives so that we can perhaps help others bring light into theirs.

We will see where we are putting too much emphasis on the material realm trying to still prove something to others. Just let it go, it gets old and delays the collective healing process.

We are asked to listen without comparing or referencing ourselves so that we can really understand the other.

The ego is obsessed with not making mistakes as it's easily offended by learning and the idea that it needs to grow out of old patterns.

Don’t worry about people who judge you, it’s their deal and it has nothing to do with you.

Rather than obsessing over the promise of self-love, we should really cultivate self-respect by means of self-awareness.
