April 2025 Wellness Astrology Forecast

Mantra for April 2025:

"I harmonize innovation with tradition,

pursuing my passions with courage and integrity.

Grounded in my truth,

I release control and welcome lasting growth."

Every planetary transit interacts with specific organs, systems, and energy centers and pathways. When approached with awareness, April becomes a powerful window for somatic transformation, emotional detox, and subtle energy clearing.

This month is all about listening to what your body is saying. Aries season lights up the head, face, and brain—bringing fast thoughts, emotional tension, and physical pressure. Then Taurus season helps us land back in the body, supporting the throat, neck, and nervous system.

Each week in April offers you a new chance to connect, heal, and realign—using energy tools, oils, supplements, and kinesiology-inspired practices I love and trust in clinic.

WEEK 1: HEAD SPACE + GROUNDING GRACE

March 31 – April 6

A big wave of emotional energy opens the month as Venus, Mercury, Saturn, and the Moon’s North Node gather in Pisces. You may feel foggy, dreamy, or extra sensitive—especially in the head and face. This week’s astrology also supports new ideas and breakthroughs, but only if you’re grounded.

If you’re experiencing pressure in the forehead or jaw, trouble focusing, or emotional fatigue, that’s the Aries part of your body talking. A warm facial cloth with a drop of Mental Cleansing Essential Oil Blend can ease tension and clear the mind. If thoughts are looping, try humming for 3 minutes to activate the vagus nerve and calm the whole system.

If you’re working with stress or emotional overload in this week you may benefit from a Chiron Point balance and gravity centering reset. I recommend this Energy Spray for nervous system clarity and Emotional Cleansing drops if you’re feeling emotionally full. This is a great time to work on brain integration or start taking this supplement for your brain if you’re feeling drained.

Keep it simple. Hydrate, rest your eyes, and give yourself permission to do less.

WEEK 2: HEART HEALING + EMOTIONAL REPAIR

April 7 – 13

During this week Venus meets Saturn and trines Mars—bringing heart-opening energy with a dose of truth. Love, values, and relationships come up for review. Pay attention, on April 7, Mercury goes direct in Pisces—your mind starts clearing, communication improves, and you may feel like you can finally think straight again. Mercury shifting from retrograde to direct can feel like a floodgate opening—take Methylated B-12 to support focus and reduce anxiety. I only use Methylated B12 because it's already in its active form, so your body can use it right away—no conversion needed. I suggest my lozenges as a great tool during high-brain-stress times—like when Mercury goes direct and your mental “inbox” suddenly opens wide. It helps your nervous system stay calm, your brain stay clear, and your mood stay balanced.

You may feel extra emotional around the Libra Full Moon on April 13, especially if you’ve been giving more than you’re receiving. Tap into my Full Moon workshop to take advantage of the potent time of the month that is reserved for transformation and releasing what has come up. Physical symptoms might include lower back soreness, skin breakouts, puffy eyes, or nervous system fatigue. These are signs your body is detoxing emotional stress. In clinic, I often see disorientation and dehydration testing with these issues. It happens when you're tired, stressed, or overloaded. You can reset with simple tools—water, touch, breath, and energy techniques. These can help your brain and body work better again!

If emotional boundaries feel blurry, or if your heart feels tender or heavy apply our Heart Blend over the chest and Grounding Blend around the lower back. For deeper clearing, consider scheduling an appointment with me so I can check and balance your chakras. Venus energy can stir old love wounds—this is the perfect week to journal, slow down, and ask what your heart is really craving.

If overwhelm hits, lie on your back, place one hand over your heart, and repeat:

“I reach our with authority.”

WEEK 3: BIG ENERGY + GROUNDED EXPRESSION

April 14 – 20

The week opened with a Full Moon in Libra, rising just hours after Venus went direct in Pisces. This is not a subtle beginning. It’s an invitation to face everything you’ve avoided—in your relationships, your nervous system, and your body—with elegance and depth.

This Full Moon lit up the trap of emotional shape-shifting:

• People-pleasing disguised as diplomacy
• Self-erasure masked as being “easygoing”
• Silence that pretends to be strength

Now, the Full Moon sends us off into a week of intense transits.

When Venus goes direct—especially in watery, dreamy Pisces—we feel it in our flesh. The body begins to release stored emotion that’s been held in fat, fluid, and fascia. Old bloating, emotional eating patterns, aesthetic numbness, hormonal haze… all start to shift as Venus reorients you toward pleasure that actually heals, not just distracts.

The said planet of love and money will immediately face Saturn, in Pisces. This is a spiritual and material checkpoint. Venus wakes up and must immediately answer to Saturn.

With Venus direct in Pisces themes become subtle, internalized, and often unspoken, revealing layers of emotional holding patterns in the body—particularly in the muscles. Even though Venus doesn’t directly rule the muscular system, the repression of desire, the disappointment of unmet wants, or the emotional withdrawal linked to complex connections can all contribute to physical bracing—chronic tension that lingers in areas like:

 • The shoulders (burden)
 • The jaw (unspoken truths)
 • The lower back (support + Venusian wealth/possessions themes)

Muscle relaxation becomes a physical response to a spiritual-emotional pattern—especially when Saturn is involved, forcing us to confront limitations and insecurities. Use Muscle Ease on these areas for relief.

The confrontation between desire and discipline can create both psychological and physical tension that manifests in the body, particularly around fluid retention, hormonal balance, and immune sensitivity. This transit invites healing through modalities that support fluid balance, emotional grounding, and clarity. Nutritionally, omega-3 fatty acids, known for their anti-inflammatory and mood-regulating properties, can be particularly helpful during the overwhelm. Complementary healing modalities include lymphatic drainage massage to clear stagnation in the lymph system, and alchemical solutions like emotional cleansing and blocks can help you make the most of these times.

Since Saturn demands structure and responsibility, breathwork and structured somatic movement (such as yoga, tai chi and a slow vessel building) can help integrate both the soft, receptive qualities of Venus in Pisces and the grounding force of Saturn’s realism, leading to a more embodied and sustainable sense of beauty and worth.

On April 16, Mercury enters Aries, igniting our voice, mind, and instincts. But on April 17, it forms a conjunction with Neptune—planet of dreams, fog, and psychic tides. This creates a portal of inspiration and potential confusion. This is a truth filter activation. Let what’s unclear reveal its distortion. Let people talk and show their true colors.

On April 18, Mars roars into Leo, activating the solar plexus and sacral chakra centers. This is bold, creative, expressive fire. It says:

“Stop apologizing for being seen.
Stop editing your desire to be palatable.”

If you've been suppressing anger, creativity, or lust for life—this is your reboot. Move your body. Make something. Speak your truth. Do it with heat. But remember—Mars in Leo isn’t about domination. It’s about sovereign expression. Leo rules the heart and spine—so if you’re feeling pressure in the chest, add heart-opening stretches or book in to balance your nervous system, clear deep stress patterns, help with chronic pain, fatigue, brain fog, digestion, or even restore your body’s day/night rhythm.

By April 19, we leave fiery Aries season and enter earthy Taurus—a time to ground, build, and stabilize. Taurus says:

“Don’t just heal. Plant it. Don’t just release. Root it.”

After the raw release of the Libra Moon and Aries fire, Taurus invites you to slow down and rewire the nervous system. Find joy in the mundane. Touch the earth. Make beauty out of what’s real.

You may feel motivated to start new projects, share your voice, or step into leadership—but don’t skip rest. The body needs just as much love as your ambition.

I’ve often seen throat tension, heart palpitations, stiff upper backs, or a racing mind during Taurus Season. This is a great time to begin taking Core Level Adrenal or Methylated B-12 to support adrenals and muscle recovery. If your neck is tight or voice feels tired, use our Expression or Throat Chakra Blend behind the ears and at the base of the neck before sleep or speaking engagements.

A Chiron Point check-in is also recommended this week—especially if you’re pushing yourself too hard or doubting your next move. For clarity, try three rounds of Lemniscate exercises from my vessel building program and affirm: “I am cheerful.”

WEEK 4: RELEASE, RESET, REBUILD

April 21 – 30

We are now in the most intense energy of the month as the Sun, Mars, and Pluto form a T-square in fixed signs. If power struggles, control issues, or sudden emotions rise, know it’s part of a deeper clearing. Let’s break it down.

Now that the Sun is in Taurus, also known as Taurus Season (from April 19 to May 20) we are being called hold onto the light after breakthroughs and great moments of pleasure. After exciting moments, meditations, or music festivals like Coachella, many people experience a come down because they have not integrated that high energy into their being, creating a void. We are called to find pleasure beyond the material and physical item or event. During Taurus, we are reminded that hardship, instability, and poverty are material illusions — or more accurately, they are real, but not defining. I talked all about this in detail in my recent Healing Taurus Workshop that you can still watch.

The T-square pattern this week is being set up day by day. First up, Mars (in Leo) challenges the status quo by activating conflict, rivalry, and chaos—responses triggered by the desire for clarity, transformation, peace, success, intimacy, and spiritual awakening, but without doing the karmic work required to truly earn them.

But in life, a blessing is never random. It’s the earned culmination of deliberate effort: healing, showing up, working on yourself, creating space for the sacred allowing you to have moments when you feel deep purpose in your work or experience genuine connection with your partner or child; or, when you touch something transcendent in meditation or prayer. But you don’t arrive there passively. This week reminds you to do your inner work first. Show up consistently. Clear inner space. Create healthy habits.

Rn, the stars are transmitting karmic frequencies that are shaking the foundations of ego-driven systems (Leo), exposing collective addictions to being right and divided (Aquarius), and demanding a return to true value, spiritual commitment, and radiant simplicity (Taurus). Pluto in Aquarius is highlighting Artificial Intelligence, data manipulation, and digital control structures - exposing how "being right" doesn't equal truth.

Fragmentation is the key word here — many are feeling disconnected from their bodies. Taurus rules the throat and neck — issues with thyroid, voice, self-expression, or tension in the neck and shoulders may flare. It’s unbelievably timing and auspicious that we are working on the throat chakra during the first two weeks during my Tree of Life Journey! People are choking on unspoken truths or unable to “swallow” the life they’re living. So, please, it is very important to start a meditation practice during the Mars in Leo transit as it can be stressful on the cardiovascular system.. Plus, I am going to suggest a digital detox — reduce EMF exposure (Firewall is easy to use), and limit screen time before bed (just try). Explore therapies like craniosacral work or Reiki to repair energy overload.

On Wednesday, the Sun and Pluto move into position. You may notice digestive changes, bloating, constipation, or colon tension—Pluto energy often shows up in the gut. Book a healing with me and we can check and do a gut reset session or rub Digestive System blend on the abdomen each night to support elimination and emotional release. The square between Sun and Pluto mirrors our overstimulated and desensitized lives where information, emotions, desires flood us constantly. Whereas, a meaningful life requires the ability to distinguish between distraction and purpose; authentic joy and escapist pleasure; and genuine connection and ego validation.

Discernment is crucial for sobriety, on all levels. We want to avoid intoxication when entering conversations with loved ones, acts of kindness, creative expression, leadership, or any moment where our inner life touches the outer world with purpose. For someone who is spiritually awakening or trying to live with mindfulness, the message is this: Don’t enter meaningful spaces — meditation, work, parenting, love — in a haze. Be clear. Be awake. Be sober not just in body, but in mind and heart. The ability to discern between what’s sacred and what’s not, what’s pure and what clouds us, is what builds a meaningful life. That discernment doesn’t come when we’re distracted, numbed out, or consumed by our impulses.

The throat may feel stuck or tight—especially if there are unspoken truths. I recommend Taurus Blend or simply placing a warm towel on your neck while doing light breath work. Add Healing Master Essential Oil to your diffuser to clear energy congestion and promote healing.

Venus will align with Saturn on Friday, April 25 highlighting emotional, relational, and financial karma—particularly where we’ve confused love with illusion, or sacrifice with spiritual worth. Yes, the karma is real. The pressure is real. But so is your power to choose differently — to grow. So, choose authentic connection over fantasy-based attachment; say “no” with compassion, rather than “yes” out of fear; and love from wholeness, not from a place of needing to be needed. Every restrictive feeling now is a pointer to where your freedom is waiting for you — if you’re willing to work for it.

Not everything that appears spiritually nourishing is actually healthy for the mind. Most things look good, but they are only halfway there. We are constantly consuming — not just food, but information, emotions, relationships, media, and opinions. The stars are pushing us to discern what we let inside. Is it truly nourishing, or does it just look "good" on the outside? A person who is on a spiritual path must learn how to distinguish between what elevates and what pollutes.

On Saturday, we begin the New Moon Cycle. A reset moment helping you plant new intentions around stability, money, home, and safety. New moons are windows of transformation where intention and consciousness have greater leverage. This New Moon is focusing on what we take in — physically, emotionally, spiritually — and how it shapes who we become. If our vessel becomes misaligned, we must pause, purify, or even break and rebuild. Taurus invites us to build a new vessel — one of calm, beauty, sensual clarity, and grounded truth. But, before you build, check what’s inside. Because if you plant new seeds in a vessel that’s contaminated, the growth will carry distortion. So the weekend is a potent time to reassess what you allow into your life, from food to feelings, media to relationships. And if something has gone too deep and compromised the vessel, this is your cue — let it break with grace. The New Moon will help you shape the next one. Class coming soon.

This is an ideal time to start taking vitamin D if fatigue or brain fog are lingering. Combine with slow walks in nature, warm broths, and protein-rich meals to signal your body that it’s safe to land.

Book in a remote healing to see me and we can release some emotional timelines and perhaps look at your periventricular survival patterns if old trauma patterns are repeating. This energy clears fast when the body is gently supported. You don’t need to “push through”—you need to be held and supported through the release.

Finish the month with a fresh start. As Venus enters Aries on April 30, your heart wants to lead—but only if your body feels safe enough to follow. Let love begin again, but this time, let it start with you.

You're not behind. You're right on time.
